THE TASTE
Heavy pine and citrus notes upfront lead you to an abundance of rich heat from peppercorns, chilli, and kaffir lime leaves. You are then guided to a deeper place by the unctuous, oily and yet finely structured tones of New Zealand orris root and Harakeke.
This gin delivers on flavour and mixes well with a classic indian tonic, or a citrus driven soda.
